    4 million was an offer from Goosen for Williams fight.




    Mosley is an old shot cheater. How can anyone even say this is a good fight.

    How can Margo lovers defend him for the Mosley fight?


    Probably the same way PW lovers defend him fighting Carlos Quintana in his first defense. Was that the biggest money fight available?:-(

    All I know is, Mosely, even at 37, is a hell of a lot better fighter than Quintana is. But who knows. Maybe Margarito will lose too.

    this thread is a major fail.

    I have Mosley as a clear top20 p4p and top5 at 147.


    and that was before he was signed to fight Margo.

    How is he top 5?

    His best win has been Collazo since losing to Forrest.


    In the past near 3 years. Shanes had 2 147 fights. He's 1-1.



    All I am saying is how can Margo lovers defend this fight like if Shanes got a chance.

    Margo should obliterate him.

    well what is your top5?

    I mean Berto is a title holder and almost everyone recognizes that Collazo would be by far his biggest test to date. Mosley outclassed Collazo, then Mosley gave Cotto a very close fight (controversial loss in the eyes of some) and beat the much bigger Mayorga at a higher weightclass.

    So top 5 should be

    1. Margo
    2. Cotto
    3. Clottey
    4. Mosley
    5. Berto

    With PW bumped in there at #2 or #3 if you rank him at 147. (#2 imo)


    the only way Mosley is not top 5 at 147 is if you rank him at 154 only. In which case Margo defending his title against one of the top SWWs who can still make WW easily is not something bad at all.

    Wouldn't have been my first pick for Margo to fight but I'm not too disappointed in it. Shane didn't look good at all in his last fight but he should be better at 147 this time around. I actually had a sneaky feeling that he could have beaten Margo last year, not so sure now. At the very least it'll be competitive for the first 6 or 7 rounds. Just hope we don't see another fading legend lose it in the ring again.

    5. This spot can be used for a few people. Bertos the last title holder but far from being really ready to take on anyone.

    I'd go Berto at 5.
