How can Mormeck fight for the HW titles when he will be inactive for a 1 year Dec 10

It's a voluntary defense, so it doesn't matter. Mayweather was off 16 months and fought for the title. Vitali was off 4 years and fought for the title.

 

larry holmes didnt fight for 2 years when he fought tyson....and dont even start me on john ruiz haye.....its not as if this is the 1st time and it sure as hell wont be the last get over it...its a shitty stay busy fight...but i forget yous are haters and use any excuse to do so..noones saying its a gd fight..its not a gd fight..but we all know the circumstances and due to the fact wladimir fights nothing but top guys he can and will be giving a free pass here...if he does it for his next fight tho it will be a different story...at the end of the day if he dosnt fight in december hell be inactive for another long time and haye already made him stay inactive for a long time scupering any plans of a fight total target wlad may have...stop ****ing whiniging

Haha Let's ask David Haye the same thing. it was 2008/11/15 - 2009/11/07 from when Haye beat a shot Barrett and then challenged Valuev for the WBA title. And Barrett wasn't even close to being ranked top 15 by any org. ANd his last 5 fights were 2 draws and 3 loses. Hmmmm.

Arreola wanted a another fight and to fight in Mexico before he felt he was ready. Dimintrenko turned down the fight for what he claimed was financially reasons. Liakhovich did the same opting to fight Helenius, thinking had he won he could have demanded a higher payday.. FAIL...Fury and Helenius both said they'd need more time to even attempt to fight with him. Povetkin don't get me started. Thompson/Chambers are lined up for an eliminator. He just beat Haye decisively and Vitali just crushed Adamek. Your turn..

 

i love how arreola turns down a championship fight because the guy with 15 losses he will ko in a round, will help him that much more when he does fight wlad....

i'm not trying to argue, I just wanted to know. did his team ask ustinov? just curious, even though wlad would beat him too, and the mormeck defense is for the money and to keep active. the heavyweight division is trash.

 

povetkin's story is this, when it finally does come time for him to fight wlad, he will get jabbed to a bloody pulp and that's it. same for everyone else. the only guys I think may have a chance are helenius and wilder, helenius because he's big and a banger, wilder because he's an athlete and big with a punch, not because of skills.
