How can Moses get the late rounds experience?

    I agree.

He needs to drop a level and fight more often. He can go back to fighting twice a year when he works his way back up to world level. Until then, go back to the drawing board. He needs to work on his stamina, pacing, not loading up on his shots so much, controlling the pace of the fight against fighters who are trying to not let him do that, and just work on a few tweaks to his skill set.

Even if he can blow a fighter out quickly, he should take his foot of the gas and get used to controlling the fight with his jab, single shots, and combos of varying power.

He is very talented, composed, and knows how to create openings and break an opponent down, but there are still things he can work on. It's not just his gas tank that needs work. He needs to learn how to properly pace himself and control a fight. You can only truly learn via experience. His 14 fights against guys offering nothing back and falling over when hit meant that he was unprepared when he was up against a tough, seasoned world level veteran.

Someone like Vianello could be a good comeback fight.

Come on man. Moses is coming off a loss. Sparring the GOAT won't do him any favours when he needs to build his confidence back.

Meanwhile, Usyk spars 15, 5 minute rounds against a new sparring partner every couple of rounds. If his back touches the ropes he has to start the round over. Then he goes and swims in the pool for 5 hours. Or bikes in the Saudi heat on fight week for hours at a time like Delboy spoke about.

Like Usyk said, it ain't about motivation. It's about discipline. Moses clearly doesn't have it.

Even just a generation ago there were guys like Kevin Johnson, Shermin Williams and Carlos Takam who would take almost anyone deep into a fight with just enough coming back. They just don't seem to exist anymore.

It's fairly easy IMO - his team instill some discipline in him to 'get rounds in', control the fight behind the jab, fight looser and don't load up with bad intentions every shot.

Execute a gameplan to comfortably win on points in maybe a 10 rounder first, then a 12 rounder. THEN start looking at taking KO opportunities when they arise behind this grounding, not seeking them out with no plan B!

This. I'd put him in with someone like Jarrell Miller.

Deliberately needs to stink the place out and fight over 10 or 12, any opponent in the top 100 would suffice.

He should’ve had at least 2 to 3 10 rounders under him before he even fought for a title, since the later rounds was new territory and clearly a shock to his system.

This is a perfect example of trying to shortcut a young fighter to being a champion without allowing them to gradually build themselves up properly.

He should start by sparring 12 rounds in training
