This, It definitely was a near death experience though  those 2 minutes where he was going night night was probably his life flashing before him and white light telling him it's not time yet.

He should fight the same way he did in the fourth fight cautiously. If he can keep that up while avoiding those lethal counters he can eventually break Marquez down. He had Marquez in serious trouble in this fight and was clearly leading, his reckless aggression is what eventually finished him. Marquez is a counter puncher, he feeds on mistakes and Pacquiao gave him the ultimate free mistake he was looking for. No matter what happens, neither fighters will ever be easy against each other unless one punch ends it for either Marquez or Pacquiao.

Did Marquez look like a "superior" after that fight?, facially that is. Fact is, these guys will always give each other 50/50 battles unless one lands a perfect punch to seal the deal.

Yeah he did after the fight PAC was still laying up on the floor and Marquez was above the ropes with his hands raised up like a boss, while PAC was still sleeping and snoring. So yeah after the fight he definitely did look like his superior, one on the floor the other on his feet. :blood oh a broken nose you mean, MARQUEZ broke PAC mentally, something that will never heal. PAC will never be the same.

If he started his amateur career in America learnign some slickness and defensive wizardry then he might have a chance. Unfortunately he was trained in Philippines where the country is not known to produce slick sound boxers with slick skills. So
in closing. I don't think he has the style, technique or ring IQ to overcome this highly skilled and intelligent boxer from Mexico name Juan Manuel Marquez.

Here's a taxi driver that can't believe one of the guys he supports finally did something after nearly a decade of pummeling. Not surprised you lost your mind in excitement. After all you were hailing Canelo as the next savior even when he only signs to fight bums.

Pipo I agree as Pac has never been able to outbox Marquez. In the last fight Pac was doing his best and Marquez turned it against him. Marquez and Nacho routinely outsmart Pac and Roach. Its a stretch to believe that Pac could do more. I have rewatched the fight and observed Marquez land hard rights throughout the fight... no way that Pac can fight him with the same level of confidence. I am certain that Jinkee has begged him to retire and that he knows that his best is not good enough to beat Marquez.

Marquez has conquered manny. Wins a wide decision last year. Scores a brutal knockout this year. He beat him convincingly twice in a row

Yes, the first two fights especially the second were close, but the last two left no doubt.

When you beat someone convincingly twice in a row there's no rematch according to boxing tradition. We don't need no more fights between them.

well in all fairness he was boxing his head off for the majority of their last fight but with Marquez's new found strength and power (however he aquired it) I duno if he can stay away from his power for the full fight.

Disagree. I only had manny up by a point at the time of the stoppage. Marquez was still competitive through the use of bodyshots in the rounds manny won. Both men suffered knockdowns not just Marquez.
