    If Maidana, Canelo, and Guerrero are 2nd tier.

    That would make Rios and Algieri what.. like? 5th tier?

    And had he fought Floyd in 2009/2010 rather than ducking he wouldn't have any of those accolades, he'd of loss and no one would think twice about him today...Arum understood this too well, let him juice Asia first then put him in with Money somewhere way down the line...

    The same reason I didn't include Cotto. We were talking about 2nd tier and down.

    Mayweather did fight Cotto after Pac busted him up, but was Pac on steroids? It sure looked as if he was because at that time pac was running through everyone. Not so anymore, coincidence? Mayweather fought Cotto at 154 while Pac brought Cotto down like he did with DLH. Pac was hyped up, a fabrication. He was a character that was invented with powers which involved steroid use. That is the legacy of Pacman.
