HOW can PARKER beat ZHANG? - Your Tactics??

Andy Lee chatting complete BS by claiming Zhang is the best in the division.

Hrgovic and Usyk are clearly better.

Parker's best tactic is to do a similar plan to what he did to beat fat Andy. Jab and move, win a Jab fest. Do not plant your feet and engage with Zhang at mid to close range as you will get clipped. It becomes a 50-50 fight if he plants his feet to long at mid to close range.

 

If Parker has stamina like before, he would just move around Zhang and than beat him later in the fight. I would say TKO even.


But I'm not sure if Parker still has it after Joyce fight, Wilder fight didn't show me enough, sadly.

 

Usyk is better, but Hrgovic is still unproven.

 

How is Parker schooling the most dangerous puncher in the division not showing you enough though? It's a remarkable improvement from the Joyce fight.

Parker is much better fighter than Wilder. Being puncher don't mean **** if you don't have skills to land that punch.

I want to see Parker vs Kabayel next, after Zhang fight.


I'm not ok with the odds in this fight, There is no way Zhang should be 1/3 favorite in this fight. I will bet on Parker

 

Hrgovic beat Zhang and would beat him again. If they rematch, then Hrgovic wins it even wider a second time around.

Clearly though he needs some world level wins to convince people of where he sits in the division.

He probably faces Usyk next, as Fury will probably pull out again. He can prove his qualities in that fight for sure.

 

He beat a one trick pony who had just come off two punishing KO losses. No where near the man he was before the first Fury fight.

Losses change a fighter and its very rarely in a positive way, especially at HW.

If he can get another win at elite level then I will start to take more notice of him.

Zhang has only Joyce inside the top 100, Hrgovic hasn't got much more depth either.

 

Wilder has gone full hippy happy mode with shaman drugs because he was prepping for a retirement and to get out of his bomber mindset, the saudi money was too much to refuse though, Parker is good but he's not beating Zhang imo. With a name like Kiwi though i'm sure you're not thinking in biases

 

Wilder wasn't Imo shot like many say but the ring rust was oh so clear to see

Wilders nothing without finding his range and the rust wouldn't allow him to do that

Credit to Parker, he beat what was in front of him and won well but what was in front of him wasn't up to much on the night

 

He needs to move around lots and avoid heavy shots for the first half, then turn up the work rate when Zhang tires. Pretty simple strategy that Joyce could never implement in a million years because he has no defense.
