Seems like everyone who pops positive gets a pass anyways.

It also seems like we're gonna have HOF classes coming up where half of the guys enshrined will have positive tests on their record.
Either you vilify everyone who tests positive, or no one.

Anything else is bias.

 

Or you test everyone all year round with the same protocol to ensure fairness and transparency

Anyone who believes that world champion level professional boxers don't use performance enhancers is either naive or ignorant. Seriously. Outrage and anger directed at outed athletes only makes the culture of lying worse, as otherwise honorable athletes have no choice but to blatently lie about this ****. The drug testing culture as it exists encourages corruption and primarily benefits elites with the connections to rig the regulatory bodies.

Tony Thompson and Tyson Fury have both pointed out that the solution to the problem is legalization. Real fans of the sport (eg people who respect pro boxers as human beings) ought to consider their perspective.

 

Yup at the moment the well connected boxers from the right countries are given the run to dope, while less well connected boxers get shafted.

Where the a side made the b side use he's drug testing organization that was corrupt and allowed him to dope and have ridiculous t-e ratios while the b side wasn't even allowed painkillers for an injury
