How can people root for Adonis Stevenson?

I wouldn't mind seeing any of them get badly (and I mean badly) hurt in the ring.

There are others, like Edison Miranda, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., and Sakio Bika for whom I have a strong dislike for various actions in and outside the ring and it pleases me to see them getting whipped - but even them I wouldn't wish truly serious grievous harm upon.

The four listed above...yeah, their humanity is pretty much forfeit to me.

got to say i like miranda mate. might just be the usually hbo hype tripe but when you saw his story about how his mother left him at 6 and he had to go across the country n when he found he at 12 she wanted nothing to do with him. unless i find out he did something really bad i wouldn't like him but as far as i know he had to eat cats to survive and let's face it, he was robbed of the title the first time vs abraham whether or not he was lucky to break his jaw

 

He is maybe the sorest loser in boxing, and on multiple occasions has pitched hissy fits and physically assaulted elderly referees when he felt he'd suffered unfairly from the officiating.

Elderly men. Doing their job. He punched them during tantrums.

Also easy to dislike to begin with, awful style of fighting and a generally haughty attitude - thinks he's a top boxer when really he's pretty **** and his ceiling is making decent contenders look bad due to his ugly spoiling style.

 

I get that he was poor, but don't gobble someone's pet. :nono

...and yeah, I also understand there's a chance many of them were strays, and that it's quite common for Caribbean and South American countries to be overrun with feral cat populations brought on by irresponsible Europeans loosing unwanted or excessively bred animals into the wild, where they're considered more as pests than pets (I've seen it firsthand while visiting) there is still a high probability that during that period he consumed some kid's companion caught outdoors at the wrong time.

I'm also a crazy old cat lady trapped in a 30 year old man's body, so there is some bias.
