How can Sergio move like that for 12 rounds?

  1. He's 37 years old, just doesn't make any sense.

The other guy who once moved with the same speed 14 pounds south was accused of using PED's.

Maybe you'll hear the same thing here.

He cant, he can do it for 11  He practically traded with JR toe to toe for much of the action in the 12th.

jk I hear ya, amazing mobility and energy for a 37 year old.

He had his hands down by his side a lot of the time. Just keeping a guard is tiring and he didn't bother because Jr wasn't fighting. Besides at 37, he aint exactly BHOPs age and he is still mixing it at top flight.
And his ring age isnt that old because he was a late comer to the sport. Martinez and Canelo will be done by 32/33 maybe younger

    Cycling > Running.

Running ruins your legs in the long term. Too much impact. Where as Cycling is low impact.

He's an elite endurance athlete. Been one since a young age. It's strange that cyclists and triathlon runners peak into their mid to late 30 and can continue into their 40s. This isn't usually the case with boxers as they take damage over the years. But with the case of Sergio, he didn't even lace up the gloves till the age of 20 so there is a god possibility that there a few few more years left of this.

Cardiovascular endurance isn't something that is made up from young age. It's a fresh product. It's because hes done something NOW.

DIdn't he actually take up boxing fairly late like in his 20s? You could probably argue these are his prime years then. Amazing for a late starter how damn skillful he is, what a great great fighter.

    Deserves the "money" fight
