His first fight at cruiser was for a belt. Lovemore Ndou v Philip Ndou was sanctioned as a world title. From memory one guy was ranked #27 and the other #67. One guy was coming off three straight losses and the other guy had 3 fights in the past 5 years. Other than that, of course we can take them seriously.
