    Your absolutely right,
Steiglitz beat undefeated Balzsay and also defended against undefeated Gutknecht who earned his chance by beating Balzsay. Steiglitz also has a win and loss over Berrio who went on to become IBF SMW champ. Steiglitz also seems to have improved and a return with Andrade would be interesting.

I THINK GREENE IS BETTER...STEIGLITZ HOLD A L AGAINST ANDRADE...ALLAN, THOUGH NOT THOROUGHLY TESTED, IS UNDEFEATED AT 168 AND HE IS FIGHTING IN A TOURNAMENT WHERE 6 OF THE TOP 7 IN HIS DIVISION ARE AT, INCLUDING HIMSELF..

BTW...ANDRADE (ONE OF MY FAVORITE FIGHTERS) HOLDS A W OVER STEIGLITZ..ROBERT IS TOP 10 IN MY BOOK...#10 ACTUALLY

    1 WARD
    2 BUTE
    3 KESSLER
    4 DIRRELL
    5 FROCH
    6 AA
    7 GREENE
    8 BIKA
    9 ANDRADE
    10 STEIGLITZ

What has Green done to warrant a place above Stieglitz? He sucks and will have 2 more losses on his record before 2010 ends

That's okay. Boxrec has Mikkel Kesller ahead of Andre Ward in their rankings.

Ratings are meant to be based on results not potential, your ratings having Dirrell ahead of Froch regardless of how you scored it are wrong there. On results Steiglitz has done more than Green in my opinion.
Also Green lost to Miranda at 162lbs which is in the SMW division.

I like your rankings, but Froch and Dirrell need to be swaped.

Bailey has the right idea, rate on performances not potential.

someone mentioned Mosley not having many key wins, many aren't familiar with his career at the lower weights, but beyond that, I consider losses as important performances too, if you performed well.

A guy coming up beating a bunch of weak fighters, in my mind, isn't rated higher than a guy with some losses yet competitive performances against the top fighters. Not if you are ranking performance rather than potential, which is really the only fair way to rank.

Green is better than both Kessler and Froch. Steiglitz? LOL - are ya ****ing' kiddin'?

Sometimes you've got to rank guys based upon their ABILITY not on their mgt's ability to get you creme puff opponents, back pocket refs, leaning judges, corrupt officials, hometown crowds, and favorable conditions in every fight. That is why no one remembers or considers PRIME DM, Neilson, Kessler, Calzaghe, Ottke, etc., etc., etc., as anything more than European level ... the test is how you do when faced with prime versions of great athletes .. a test never even considered by these guys as they simply weren't even close to being the best on the planet .. just better than most of the limited talent in their home countries or local talent pool.

The question that runs through my mind reading this one is : How can Andre Ward vs Allan Green be rated by boxrec with 5 stars ( Maximum )
