    And Duran had been boxing for over twenty years at this point. One of the best of all time, a joy to behold! I fear we'll never see another one like him again

    its just an amazing win, barkley was killing him from the second round to the 8 had him hurt bad in the seventh and 8th, did you know barkley was found 3 am that morning carried by his handlers repeating the mans got to much heart he's just got to much heart, true story about bakrley saying that to

    Haha, no I didnt know that! Duran just caused guys pain no matter who they were!

    I just wish I could have got to see him in the flesh when he was at Lightweight but unfortunately I was born too late!

    Makes me laugh when people think Mayweather could beat Duran, in his prime at lightweight he was untouchable, completely.

    Gotta agree , Ken Buchanan was a fabulous fighter but he just couldnt keep Duran off him. Fouls aside it was still a terrifying performance. The hardest there has ever been !

    There are damn few fighters who would have a shot at beating a 135 pound Duran. Arguello would have a punchers chance because he was capable of changing the course of a fight with a single shot from either hand. Duran would eat PBF at 135 or 140. At 147 and 154 it's a 60/40 fight with Duran being the favorite. Roberto was just that damn good.
