No true boxing fan should support undeserving cheaters like Margarito getting shots while others don't. The Clottey fight was BS, so was the Margarito fight, and so will the Mosley fight, and so forth. True fans have to call bull**** when they see it. Pacquiao is making over $20 million a fight and seems set into a pattern of fighting questionable opponents. He's not above criticism just because he fought good fighters way back.

true fighters dont get affected by what other peple think. They dont waste energy unless you hit a nerve.....otherwise they just fight and dont give a fuk wot others say......

I am a fanof how floyd can box. ive seen him engage in all kinds of styles of warfare and end up the victor.

Manny aint a coward and neither is floyd.we al want to see this fight. I can envision a scenario where either fighter could win if they followed certain assumed criteria and applied a gameplan accordingly.

Floyd just needs to work on the outside and play it safe and simple.

manny needs to do the job within the first 4 rounds or Floyd will become his untouchable self.

I have noticed that everyone who applies pressure early has noticably matched it with Floyd until he gets comfortable. Roach's job is to see weaknessnes that he can devise a sucessful attack against, and to penetrate floyds defence at will is not easy, but he is most vulnerable in the first four rounds of any fight.

To me they both have what makes fighters great! they have heart.

When Pac got to welter... the top 5 welters were

    Mayweather
    Mosley
    Cotto
    Margarito
    Clottey

    Bottom line. Thats the facts.

Pac fought Clottey who was the 5th ranked welter about, besides Mosley, who exactly should he have fought at that time? That fight was not BS at all. Clottey had beat Judah, and had a good scrap with Cotto. Should Pac have fought Berto instead? Beating Judah and having a good scrap with Cotto is better then beating Quintana and barely scraping by Collazo. I dont rate Berto above Clottey at that time, and I dont see how anyone could.

So, he wasnt going to fight Berto, Mayweather wasnt going to fight him, he had already beat Cotto, he just got done wasting the number one jr welter a fight previous, with the rest of the contenders still (and are still) sorting themselves out, and team pac werent sure if he was quite ready for a welterweight fight against Mosley, so they took a tough contender that was a top 5 welter, in Clottey. I fail to see how that fight was bull****.

Clottey getting outclassed and whitewashed doesnt change that the fight when taken was an ok fight, considering Pac was coming off of just moving up to get beat by Hoya in everyones opinion but Roach, taking on the number 1 jr welter, and Cotto, I think it was more then an acceptable fight. The ONLY negative that can be said is that he should have fought Mosley instead. Considering he had only two fights at the weight, period, I see no problem with them having went with Clottey before they take on Mosley, who went on to get embarresed by Mayweather.

So for me, that only leaves one BS fight, and that is Margarito. Sorry if I am not going to jump on the anti Pac bandwagon because the guy took one easy fight.

Like I said, show me a fighter who didnt take an easy fight here and there. At least when Pac is doing it, its brawling it up with guys 20lbs heavier then him and twice his height.

I said the Clottey fight was bull**** because it was made instead of the Mayweather fight. If Mayweather wasn't in the picture, fine, but they quickly ended negotiations and went for Clottey because of the no drug test requirements. Pac could have fought Mosley, who was the champion or clean out 140, but whatever.

I think you're an idiot. You claim to be some kind of superior boxing fan, and you're looking at the best p4p fighter since at least Chavez and maybe since Leonard or Ali; some people would say since Armstrong or Robinson and all you can do, day after day, is come up with one wildass conspiracy theory after another trying to denigrate and discredit the man in favor of a guy who doesn't even want to fight anyone.

so if he shouldn't fight Margo, Clottey, Mosley etc and so on, just who the **** SHOULD he fight? Klitschko?

Dude is a natural 135 or 140 and he's cleaning out the division, annihilating guys Void wanted no part of.

Exactly, can you imagine both fighters agreeing to traditional rules and regulations? like for example limit them both to 40M each guaranteed( because of the magnitude of the event), +10M to whoever wins and a rematch clause?

No 10M per pound over clause sh*t, No unusual drug-testing?

    Just the usual stuff?

How can true boxing fans be so bitter and pathetic as to hate on a fighter like this? You're a disgrace to the sport and to humanity.
