With all the alphabets and promoting companies only looking to make money... and don't wanting to make the best match so can only be one champ....how can we force or required that we only have one champion....I am tired of not seeing the best matches being done and best fighters fighting each other.... talented fighters fighting B opposition because promoters don't want to negotiate...
There are too many governing bodies. The promoters have too much power. The power is not with the governing bodies but with the promoters these days. They cannot force fights or demand much of anything. Mayweather figured people paid to watch him and didn't really care if he held or didn't hold the IBF super duper paper mache title. Canelo and his team are following a similar script. And then you have guys like Fury who make up their own "lineal" title.
Exactly... so what can be done.... agreed with promoters having to much power... and to many PPV venues anymore as options...
