How can you give Ward 6 rounds of that fight?

Compubox doesn't totally dictate who wins.

True. It's an aide, a helping hand.

Yeah but it is often wrong and the judges don't go by it. In some ways it is useful I guess, but I honestly think that it is better to disregard it and just watch the fight for yourself. Also, tune out the commentary most of the time.

It was close but as it was close there's no way you could give Ward seven rounds,I applaud Ward in coming back after the knock down but he's not exactly exciting to watch,he does what's needed I guess but jabbing and grabbing is hardly the stuff of pound for pound is it?

I admit I was rooting for Kovalev and I also admit it's not the worst decision I've seen but when you break it down the best you can give Ward is five or max six rounds which would of made it a draw.

    I agree.

This is why I watch with no sound. And I have no idea what Compubox says during the fight. I don't see that, or did not see it tonight during the bout.

    Trust me on this,I don't care if there's a rematch clause,there won't be a rematch.

Well, I gave him rounds 4 to 9, then 11. The 3rd was also pretty close. He did lose the 10th clearly, and probably the 12th, but he didn't necessarily need the 10th and 12th. I think the 3rd, 4th, and 12th were the close rounds that could have gone either way.
