How can you not cheer for Hopkins?

    he thinks kovalev is carrying glass, so with all honesty he should be predicting a hopkins knockout.

    I don't find Hopkins too extremely dull, but lets not act like these were "entertaining" fights spare for perhaps Pascal, the mini brawl with Murat, and one sided beatdown over Pavlik...

    Most people find one sided fights boring on principle, so for them, all he has to really offer in terms of "hey, I'm going to show my friend a fight to try and get him hooked on boxing" would be the Pascal fights.

    And, oddly enough, one could argue Hopkins' last 10 fights were more entertaining than his previous 20+.

    I sound like a Hopkins hater, and that I am not, but it is what it is...

    :lol::yep If this fight doesn't get cancelled or ends with NC or DQ, I will be shocked. Hopkins is dirty.

    Hopkins is a racist. PERIOD.

    God's got a warm place in the afterlife set aside for ppl who judge one another on the color of their skin.:-(

    Because he's boring, hasn't scored a knockout in a decade, blatant cheating/faking low blows. I find it funny that the same people who call Wlad boring praise the hell out of Hopkins, if Wlad is boring than what is BHOP?

    I'll be rooting for Kovalev....
