I believe the only reason Haye is showing interest now because things are looking ugly, Wladimir postponed with an injury and Haye is trying to make his self look like he's interested in the fight when he knows it might not happen. He's just catching Wladimir in a bad situation to try and make his self look good publicly when this is over with and the fight doesn't happen. You are obviously falling for it with ease.
