I am a Ramirez fan. That said, it's hard for me to see how he can beat Bivol. I'd like to be proven wrong and I'll be pulling for Zurdo, but I dont see much of avenue for a Ramirez victory. The only way I see Ramirez winning the fight is if he turns this into an all out blood and guts war. Where he is willing to walk through hell on Earth, Margarito style to get to Bivol with relentless pressure. Outside of that scenario I see a comfortable Bivol victory.
Take away or at least disrupt Bivol's jab, effectively cut off the ring to keep Bivol in range and hinder his movement. If Bivol can use his jab and move at will, it will be tough for Rameriz to win.
i was about to say he does have power. If he were to land at just the right spot. Make it ugly all 12 & go all in for KO in the championship rounds. That be about the only way I can see a W for El Zurdo.
I think Zurdo is few steps below Bivol. It’s hard for me seeing him win unless he can impose his willy on Bivol. Bivol is rather skilled and powerful enough that it’s hard for me to see Ramirez getting past his jab and getting outboxed all night.
What exactly does Ramirez imposing his willy on Bivol look like. Please, be very detailed in your description. LOL
Agreed. Zurdo - at least from what I have seen is too slow of hand and foot to trouble Bivol if Dmitry can establish his distance and rythtym. Zurdo really needs to press Bivol, disrupt his excellent management of distance and drag Bivol into a war - but not many have had success with that so far.
Well, he's a CW facing a SMW sized small LHW so he can always catch the much smaller man with something big and hurt him. Not saying he will but that's always a risk because size matters
This fight will be a lot closer than people think. Ramirez is a class and so is Bivol, I have a feeling this may turn out to be a foty candidate
