This has been settled. Why do you think Calzaghe was at DeGale-Groves, Enzo Macc back with Enzo? etc. ****** has a lot of troubles but this has been done. Calzaghe got about 1.5m after lawyers.
Don't know about you, but I consider: Yoan Pablo Hernandez vs Steve Cunningham Alexander Povetkin vs Marco Huck To be good enough fights. Klitschko against pretty much anyone has a big risk of being a boring mismatch. But still, we are talking about a British fighter challenging for a legit piece of the heavyweight title. I'm interested in watching it anyway. By comparison, what exactly are Sky showing in February? Nathan Cleverly has a dodgy defence against Karpency sure. But F.W. has put his fighters in reasonable fights recently. e.g. Ricky Burns vs Michael Katsidis, Cleverly vs Bellew, Degale vs Groves, Kevin Mitchell vs John Murray. Kevin Mitchell vs TBA looks like a warm-up fight for facing Ricky Burns. I'm happy to pay the £10 for Feb.
Anyone who thinks Frank ****** hasn't considered and planned for every single issue that has been raised on this thread (and others) is desperately naive.
Thanks for the info, I didn't really keep up with the case and was curious what happened with that. Yer obvs it wouldn't make sense him turning up at FW shows having still been owed cash by him.
He's ended up paying it though, hasn't he? I am not saying for one minute that Frank is a an angel. I'm not even necessarily saying that he plays a straight bat. What i AM saying is that he knows what he is doing, he is an extremely wealthy and successful man who knows every angle. Does anyone really think he just assumed Box Nation would be a success? He knew he was taking a risk and i am convinced he will have a Plan B - even if that Plan B is 'right, that kept us all going for a couple of years, i'm off to the Carribean to live out me days on the beach ... '
Thinking about that can you imagine what the viewing figures will be compared to every other time a Brit has challenged for a genuine world heavyweight title?
I just meant that when launching a new service forcing people to give their money to an internet outfit they have never heard of is poor practice, it will put waverers off. I would have tried BN had I been able to simply go through the regular channels, but The Wizard was enough to have me not bother and see how things went, I know from speaking to friends that I was not the only one, just couldn't be bothered with a financial agreement with another company, one I had not heard of, when the whole outfit (Wizard or BN) could have gone bust at any minute. A larger operation would have given subscribers some comeback. So I didn't touch it. But this has been done to death elsewhere so sorry for getting into it.
s****** is in deep ****. What can and cant you say on this forum? I dont want to get myself in any trouble?
