How come Arum and Pacquiao never pursued Floyd's camp for a fight?

    in 2009, 2010, and 2011-12 it has always been Floyd and Golden Boy that made the first step to negotiate and try to make the fight happen.

    did Arum and Pacquiao really want the fight all along? kind of odd how floyd gets stuck with the ducker label by the media when he has seemed more willing to fight than Arum and Pacquiao.

    I think the only time Arum made the first move was after Mayweather Mosley, but he didn't even call Floyd's camp. He just went to HBO's president and never called Floyd's people

    Pac wanted the fight, but he didn't want the drug test. But, everybody knows Floyd was being unreasonable for wanting a fair fight. lol

    And for the record I cannot stand Mayweather or Pacquiao, so not a *****. I just have more respect for a man willing to make the fight and take a drug test over the one that refuses.

    They tried in the beginning, Floyd pulled roadblock after roadblock.. You don't keep pursuing a broad that don't want anything to do with you, but for you to buy her drinks.. Floyd is a cocktease, he knew what time it was..

    i just thought they finally wanted the fight, they agreed to everything. then, floyd came back with the split. fight dead again. people were predicting he would do this and HE DID!
