Here on ESB this means unmotivated, lazy, fat and out of shape, and, if you are over 35, you are old too.
I dont disagree with 99% of what you said, that's not my point though. My issue is why do they have that much fat? Why not add that much more muscle instead? It's because they aren't taugh to cut and add muscle correctly. They have an easy off season and a brutal training camp. Instead they should be taught how to eat well off season maybe even bulk a little to better cutt tone up for season
It's not that difficult to wonder out, and if you would have been hitted, ANYWHERE, you would know that the fattier you are, the less harmful are the shots..... until you can carry on the fat, the higher the better; an higher mass also helps your power, just by making you more stable and planted on the ground, hence you can push more; but, hey, i don't expect the major part of the peoples to know those basic things on a ****in damned boxing forum. Ever heard about bodybuilders (=extra-low, unnaturally low body fat percentage) reporting internal organs lesions just by falling to the ground?
I'm in shape, train 6.5 days out the week and have a body fat percentage between 9-11% depending on the time of the year.
