they were in NFL before, now in constuction

that's why America doesn't have success in HW, constuction takes all the big guys.

Yes, i told you Hagler was in construction. I'm now asking you if you think Hagler boxes at a lower level than modern mw's because of this. Is this what you are claiming?

Braddock was not a "top fighter" when he worked the docks. He was a broke journeyman making a pittance at boxing. When he broke back into world class, he didn't work at the docks any more.

So as far as boxers doing physical work whilst fighting at top level, we so far have one of the greatest middleweights in history, which kind of undermines your argument that it makes modern boxers better than they don't do it, no?

As for the notion that "lots of fighters did it" because Hagler did it, that seems an awful lot like bull****. I think that if championship level fighters were routinely working on building sites, I would know about it.

And Rendall Munroe. Championship level fighter, active, works the bins.

you said it yourself he was a construction worker lol
if he was in construction 9 to 5, and at the same time fighting for world title (like you said) the division was **** and he was ****. However, the question is, was he really a construction worker when fighting for a world title? you probably just made it up?

I can say that about any boxer and you can't prove me otherwise.
They might work part time somewhere though, why not

 As I said, he was a construction worker when he was a contender. He wasn't a construction worker when he fought for a world title, and I at no time said he was. You seem a little ****ed in the head.

This whole thing is your thing. I told you straight away I didn't give a ****.

 no it's not you ****ing cull, he worked the bins.

Other sports that are heavily relaint on skills have progressed too.

Watch the difference in standard between a soccer match in the 50s and one today. Its like they're different sports

Well Rendall Munroe is called the bin man because he works on the bins, and it's well documented that Ricky Burns still holds his job in the sports shop.

Yes, you could make anything up. But what would be the point in that?

you are an idiot yourself, just trying to put words in my mouth and when you fail start attacking with insults. That's just shows that you are a moron.
You brought up Hagler yourself trying to prove a point. He was in construction in the beggining of his career, when he was on top level why would he need it?
The only reason Hagler is even in this discussion is because you tried to convince me (go back to previous posts) that you can be a construction worker and fight at top level, and now you prove my point by saying that when he was fighting for championship he was not in construction anymore.
Thanks for looking like a moron and proving my point again.

    dumb ass:)
