How come British bookmakers have Hatton as such a big underdog?

Ignorance. People fooling for Pac's win over DLH.

I'm not complaining, more money for me when I back Hatton.

Listening to common opinion too much.
Everyone used to think the world was flat.

Theres no such thing as a poor british bookie.

Especially after a 100-1 shot won the Grand National...

Manny will win, but the odds for backing him are awful.

Still, it's interesting to me that the line has held pretty hard at -230/ +190. Either Hatton fans are all waiting for a better number, or sharps don't think paying out the ass to back Manny is a bad deal.

Still... there are bound to be plenty of patriotic Hatton fans backing him, and if Hatton happens to win, which is not that unlikely at all, will the bookmakers not be overexposed?

    I'm sure they'll survive.

Maybe it's just that the last time Hatton fought the P4P #1 he got comprehensively beat so a lot of people might be voting against him. Personally, I'd make Hatton slight favourite.

Everyone who disagrees with the bookies should put a lot of money on Hatton. You guys saying Hatton should win should be happy. You guys could make a killing on this one.

I'm not much of a gambling man, but the bookies obviously have no idea what the fack they're doing so I'm gonna' exploit this one with a healthy bet on a Hatton win.
