Because he's always been ducking him, people are only seeing it more clearly now.

*****'s say what their god wants them to, if floyd says something it gets repeated for months here on esb, *****'s blame pac for the fight not happening due to not testing while others blame floyd for bringing up testing, after that its clearly mayweather avoiding with his loss of urge and going on vacation till now, also bob arum took a real advantage of that.
at this point after jmm 3 he really seems to want it, so if it doesnt happen now you can put the blame on team pac if you want to.

 

This is the first time pac team has been consistent in saying that they have accepted the drug testing demands, not one guy saying we accept only to hear a cut off day needs to be implemented in the contract, not arum saying we agree for koncz to say we need a 7 day window. Now everyone is on the same page no one has anything to contradict what the other is saying we now have everyone in pac team saying YES WE ACCEPT THE TESTING.:hi:

As soon as pac team got on the same page, guess what it looks like we have a fight.

Its true, combined with the ammount of *******s decreasing this is only a preview of what esb looks like if floyd beats manny on may 5th, ***** utopia.

 

Testing shouldn't be a reason for the fight not to happen though and was a reasonable demand especially when Floyd gave him a reasonable cut off. These guys are professional fighters. I honestly think that Mayweather and Manny always wanted the fight.. Its Arum and all the bad blood between them on the business side that has held up the fight.

 

You do have to realize that when Team Pacquiao said they agreed to full testing before they signed to fight Margarito, it turned out to be a flat out lie. That is a fact. Floyd was available but Team Pacquiao wasn't willing to do what he wanted all that time and Arum even proved that.

 

Floyd, by the very insistence of OSDT and the fact he went on "Vacation" is every bit as much to blame for the fight not happening. I said all along Arum didn't want it either. Why would you, when you can keep it in-house and hold all the profits for yourself without having to share with GBP? Anyone who thinks Floyd doesn't have a part in this fight not taking place is either trolling or doesn't understand objective thinking.

 

I dont really have a problem with this argument pre clottey, but after that it became a whole mess, I blame arum a lot for the period after that, but some people act like floyd was extremely willing to make it happen like he is now, which really wasnt the case.
