It's common knowledge when looked at from a reality based standpoint. Most of the people who say silly things like Floyd's deathly afraid of Pacquiao are delusional Pacquiao fans [who Jim Lampley described as 'irrational'], Mayweather haters, or people who take Bob Arum's lying ass on his word. Given the success of the 1st round of negotiations [clearly there was some form of success if the fight was announced], it's common knowledge that the terms and conditions can be made to the liking of both parties. The only issue was the drug testing. Common sense says that if there is enough time to come to terms, and every term is agreed upon, then a fight will take place. With that said, it appears to many that Bob Arum has kept Manny busy enough to have absolutely no time for any serious negotiations to take place. Meaning that he was hiding Manny in plain sight by keeping him busy. Like stated, thos will be the longest time in between opponents since the whole fight build up began. Ppl now see the light.

i don't think even the most hardened Mayweather fan would blame pac for the fight not happening, mostly Bob Arum

but to answer your question the amount of **** Roach and his team have come out with in the last 3 years its hard to look anywhere else to put the blame.

Roach prior to 1st negoiations said testing was a non issue and then they pull out of the fight stating the testing. then the im afraid of needles nonsense and then finally now even Ariza says its Arums fault the fight ain't happening.

 

If Pac is willing to stand by while Arum, a contracted entity, fuggs up what would be the highest grossing fight in boxing history, then he (Pac) deserves the majority of the blame.

Pac is no innocent bystander in this, he's actually EMPOWERING Arum to pimp him. This is his career, legacy, and finances at stake.

At the end of the day Pac SHOULD be a boss he makes the final decisions and people are working for HIM not the other way around.. He will make THEM money he is the cash cow..

Too bad he is just so passive and displays no interest in fighting Floyd,he has not been calling him out etc.. I think he wants the fight but I feel he is unsure.
