How come Manny turned down 50/50 back in 2009?

    Why would he do that? What is the reason? I don't get it...:huh Even if it was a fake excuse by Floyd, call it out and make em move on to the next excuse. If it was fake he would have called him out on it..

    Manny is very very scared of Floyd's style.:deal

    Because he wouldn't agree to the stipulation Floyd attached to it; to do the testing.

    And that is a real indication to whether Pacquiao was using or not back then.
