How Come Southpaws are less Common than Convetion style?

There is no need for anyone to insult the Polish. Do some reasearch there is a pole reading this **** and not correcting it ? and you will find they made a larger contribution to the war than you realise.

The poles caused considerable damage to the german armour and there was no Cavalry charge aginst tanks - that was made up by the Italians. The Poles had the best anti tank gun in the world at the time and the Polish light tank was superior to the equivelent German tank - it was later absorbed into the Panzer Divisions

The Polish could have chickened out of a fight but instead agreed to fight the Germans for two weeks to give Britain and France to prepare an attack. The Germans managed to lose 50,000 men, nearly 700 aircraft and nearly 1000 armoured vehicles.

Even after the Germans had taken over Poland there airforce, navy and army continued to fight. There navy sunk the first German ship of the war, took part in D-Day. Polish pilots were responsible for 12% of all German loses during the Battle of Britain and were the only nation to fight on all fronts during the war.

They also had the largest resistance movement of any invaded country - over 400,000 who continued to fight and distrupt the occupying Germans.
