How come Stevenson and Wilder keep getting away with voluntary defenses?

    I really believe these two must be the top 2 guys in the sport who have been champions and haven't faced anyone good in many moons.

    What gives?
    Why hasn't the WBC stepped up on these guys?

    How has Wilder gotten away with it? Povetkin was the one who was caught on the juice and the fight was CANCELLED. Lmfao.
