How come there are no death fights in the list of most exciting title fights of all time?

Saw Mancini vs Kim live on CBS sports. As much as I love the fight and the epic battle it was I have never watched the fight again.
Also the Benn vs Mccellean fight can be added to your list, though Mccellean didn't actually "die". I saw that one as it happened also.
Most of us who actually love the sport watch it for the competition of one man vs one man. Boxers generally stand and fall on there own ,no quarterbacks, pitchers, point guards, or goalies to blame.
Most people I know are generally sensitive and care about the fighters they watch. We don't want to see them hurt or, seriously hurt there opponents. Even fighters we may not like we don't want to see them seriously hurt.
Most want to forget the tragedies we have watched in a boxing ring. So we choose not to acknowledge the greatness of fights that ended in death or very serious injury.
Maybe its a cop-out to the barbaric nature of the sport. Serious fans know you don't "play" boxing. To be reminded of great fights that ended tragically shows how hypocritical we are for loving the sport but not wanting to deal with the realities of what can possibly happen. We brush the dirt under the rug, hope the rug doesn't get moved.
