How come when Top Rank fighters face bums, it's called "building"...

    ...but when other promoters fighters fight bums, it's called "record padding"?:think

    It depends on the number of fights (professional experience), age and just how bummy the guys are. Demetrius Andrade blowing out Rudy Cisneros was recording padding whilst Adones Cabalquinto out pointing Dan Nazareno Jr was experience gaining. Despite the fact Cisneros had a better record on paper than Nazareno Jr.

    Examples? Most people think Chavez Jr, Vanes, etc have padded records.

    (Even **** calling a professional a bum to be honest)
