Pac did mention Mayweather in a recent interview, though before the Hatton fight. He made it clear that Mayweather will definitely return and he's looking forward to fight him.
No one sane should diss Pac for fighting ANYONE at this point, even if he fights Chavez Jr. A fight with Cotto isn't really necessary in my opinion as I think it will be much better for Pac to take an easy stay-active fight as Roach said he wants him to as he waits for Mayweather/Marquez to be over. If he decides to fight Cotto then that's really big and a great move, it's also a GREAT way to hype a future fight between the winner of Marquez/Mayweather even though it's already hyped well enough. I would pick Pac to TKO Cotto in 8 rounds in a great entertaining fight.
Look at it this way, son, if Arum does not pick Floyd, he can always challenge the elite fighters in his division. Mosley, Margo and Williams are always available to fight him. It may not be as lucrative as a fight w/ Pac, but it is good for his legacy which is as thin as paper.
how is cotto having a tuff time making 147 for his jennings fight 2 weeks before the fight when he arrived at NY he weighed 149 he drop a quick 2 pounds for the weigh in 147 is his weight that he makes comfortable so all this talk about cotto has a hard time making 147 is bull****
