After watching Ortis vs Berto, I am still wondering
how Floyd coud ko Ortiz with only one punch.
Ortiz survived several ko from Berto who has a higher
ko percentage rate than Floyd. Ortis ended by
winning this match. It isvery suspicious that Floyd
(who could not ko a light weight such as Marquez,
or even knock down Cotto who has been ko and knocked
down a few times by other opponents) could have
the power punch to do this. What do you think about it ?

Its different when you take a punch square up to when you are standing in a proper stance

When your feet are positioned correctly it allows your legs to take alot of the force of the punch

When you are standing square that force can only go straight to your head

Also, it's the one you don't see coming which gets you.

Mayweather threw two shots at Ortiz.

It was TWO punches at a sitting duck and he was still smiling...what hurt Ortiz was his head bouncing off the canvas.!!!

    What ignorant logic

Typical ******* with their embarrassingly low boxing iq when it comes to things that dont involve Pacquiao's celebrity lifestyle outside the ring

punches you dont see coming are the worst because you're physically and mentally unprepared

this cant be compared to exchanging punches after a few rounds in the heat of battle
