    Dubois is not glass-jawed

But he is certainly there to be hit

It's the wrong fight for Big Joe, I reckon. Dubois is big, strong & punches plenty hard. He's on a tear & should be avoided.

Big Joe is by far the most attractive opponent out there for Usyk so I'm a little miffed that Triple DDD is likely to gazump him.

Big Joe has already fought for an alphabet belt. In fact, he's won one (against Andy Ruiz) & fought for most of the others (against AJ). All he's doing in this fight is more of the same.

Would like to see him step up & challenge for the real H/W Championship of the World against Usyk. He's earned it & it's a more attractive title defence for Usyk than against anyone else.

Yes - Parker should be fighting Usyk

But you can only fight the one who is put in front of you

I guess I'll shelve my suggestion that Parker go to Tibet and study Jungian mysticism.

Why do people all the sudden act like Dubois is some unbeatable fighter? He beat Glass Jawed AJ who had been stopped and beaten before. Parker absolutely could beat him.

Im going to break it down.
For Parker to win, he needs to go on the back foot, but not to run, he needs to move back and to the sides, whilst holding his feet, he needs to go up and down with the jab, jab to the body to set up the counter right over Dubois’ jab, Dubois will react accordingly and get accustomed to Parker’s jabs to the body by jabbing back and holding his feet, and after a few of them, Parker can feint the jab and counter Dubois’ jab with a right over it.
He can have success with this because Dubois often steps in with the jab a bit too much and holds his feet, if Parker gives ground and jabs up and down, he can get Dubois to get even more complacent with his footwork and then he can catch him over the top.
These were things I thought Joshua would do, but Joshua for one is more stiff, and two, was still mentally scarred from the losses and didn’t hold his nerve and went completely off whatever game plan was given to him, Parker is on a winning streak and will be full of confidence and will go in there with a game plan and will hold his nerve, whether he still keeps it when he gets clocked is yet to be seen, but I’m confident that Parker will hold it together when he gets hit, better than Joshua did, because while Joshua was on a winning streak streak, he hadn’t been clocked properly, so we didn’t know how he’d react when, Parker however, has been clocked by Zhang, went down twice and kept it together perfectly fine, survived well and was still able to think tactically rather than capitulating.

Parker will box dubois head off. He will stop dubois late by quitting or win a wide decision. He will frustrate dubois with his jab, movement, stamina and toughness and tire duboius mentally and physically out

I think Dubois might start off this one really aggressive, but he will blow his load as Parker will make him miss a fair bit. Parker also has a very good feint game, which is likely to take a toll on Dubois.

this fight is a 50/50 coinflip so the fact that you can get Parker at +200 is interesting

    Some great comments above.

I agree - Parker will make Dubois miss

    and then make him pay....

I'm putting $100 on it. Bookies keep underestimating Parker but seems to be learning their lesson since he beat Zhang, so the odds aren't as wide as they once were.

That’s a novel approach that I personally hadn’t thought of.

This proves again why we need people who think who think outside the box.

    Lateral thinking literally rules!
