He's got a puncher's chance at the very least and also a suspect gas tank chance.

I'd say around 20% chance he can win this.

I think Povetkin might spark him.

    Big threat.

Dumb move by Matchroom making the fight.

This is one Russian who should have been left out in the cold.

Deontay demonstrated the best way to fight Povetkin.

Povetkin has a very good chance. Skills and very good power with a sturdy chin.

Like Lennox Lewis said in the video this is Povetkin's last chance at the apple cart so who knows. I am giving Povetkin an upgrade from 0 percent chance to 30 percent chance cause you guys are smart sometimes but I still see Joshua by KO.

Come on PolishNavy, zero chance ? You know better than that, Povetkin is a very live dog.

Sounds about right. I think if AJ and Povetkin went into the ring 10 times, Povetkin would probably win 1-3 times.

I think Povetkin might lay him out like a Siberian bear skin.

Your right Okin. I completely agree with Cafe with punchers chance and gas tank chance thats 20% throw in some wily experience because Povetkin has that all over Joshua so you can go as high as 30% chance but I just dont see it because he looks to puny for Joshua. He looked small next to Dubois. We will see. Got some good fights comin up.

I would give Povetkin a 35% chance, it's probably his last title chance and he prepared himself with a murderers row of prospects like Dubois and Sirenko.

Hes got a chance for sure. We can all imagine the way it is supposed to play out with Joshua mostly keeping Povetkin at the end of his jab throwing hooks to see if he can hurt him with one but there will be chances for Povetkin to get inside and when he does hes a fair bit more nimble than Joshua and is where he does his best work. Its certainly not far fetched to say Povetkin could land on those few oppertunities. But they will be few and far between.

Middleaged, clean Povetkin has little to offer. It's going to be a disappointing fight.

I doubt Povetkin can win on points. Don't forget the round WK took a knee vs Joshua and then battered the crap out of said Femi for the remainder was scored 10-8 by all three jokers.

If Povetkin has anything left and can still take a punch it's a 50-50 fight, but Joshua is a demigod in the U.K., so Povetkin can only win by knockout. Povetkin also can't get hurt or knocked down, since he'll be immediately stopped by the local ref.

Joshua and McCracken are taking him very seriously and are looking at him as the toughest opponent to date. Povetkin could possibly be in for a world of pain in the light , quick , sharp shooting hitman of the Breazzele fight turns up.
That Joshua will make Pov walk through absolute hellfire before he even gets within connect range. The recent training footage suggests that version of Joshua is on the way. :eeek:
