Povetkin is a risk for any boxer at anytime. How dangerous is only how Joshua lets it be. Povetkins chances are slim and none and his style will do all the work for him against a Joshua looking to stop him bc of Povetkins experience in big fights. I think Joshua stops him before round 9. Povetkin is much better then given credit for but you wont see it here. Joshua by 8th round k.o.
Don't you think you're giving Povetkin far too much credit by claiming he poses even 1% of a risk to Anthony Joshua and that he would survive 8 rounds against Joshua? Isn't it something like: Povetkin has absolutely no power to even hurt, never mind KO Joshua. To the point where Joshua can literally walk through all of Povetkin's punches landing flush on his chin with 0 effect. And that Joshua is so much superior compared to Povetkin. Especially in terms of size, physical strength and punching power that Povetkin won't even be able to survive 1 round?
Povetkin demonstrated the best way to fight Wilder. Take PEDs so you don't have to fight Wilder and get knocked the **** out.
If Joshua spends too much energy in the clinches or trying to keep distance to avoid Povetkin's short hooks it could be a dangerous fight for AJ.

Chris Arreola is a PED cheat too. Weed is a PED too. I'm criticizing a hypocrite with no consistency and standards in Deontay Wilder who had no problems facing one drug cheat in Arreola but ducked another supposed drug cheat in Povetkin.
