How did a 2009 Pacqauio walk down a 168 ib cotto like that?

Was Cotto 168? I don't recall him weighing that much.

No clue. That defied logic like no other. He was meant to be carried off in a stretcher against Hatton at 140. Cotto said he had no troubles making weight and felt strong. I'm still shocked a boxer managed to pull that off despite being a tiny former Lineal Flyweight Champion.

 

Yeah I'm not sure Cotto would be that heavy,don't forget Canelo made Cotto look like a midget?

 

That would have been a 24 pound gain overnight. Pretty sure i'd remember that.

 

Forget Cotto, the way how PAC dismantled Margarito was unbelievable. That's like a grown man fighting a young 13 years old boy.

Cotto would never weigh 168 in the ring. He weighed in at 155 for his 159 fight with Martinez, and 153 for his 157 fight with Geale...clearly showing he didn't even need to cut weight for those fights.

There was no unofficial fight night weights listed, so not sure how he got 168 for Cotto.
