The WBA are the biggest joke but the mando situation with the WBC who seem to install the weakest person within their list they think can get away with as mando is ridiculous. What kind of message does sliding Breazeale in over Whyte because Team Wilder want them to send?

First of all, both Breazeale and Whyte have lost ONE fight ... by knockout to Joshua.

Second, out of all the fighters both have recently fought -- the Lucas Browne (who fought Whyte), the Robert Helenius (who fought Whyte), the Eric Molina (who fought Breazeale) or the Izuagbe Ugonoh (who Breazeale fought) ... WHO WAS THE MOST DANGEROUS AND WHO WOULD YOU LEAST WANT TO FIGHT?

I'm going to say Ugonoh. That Ugonoh-Breazele fight was a freaking war. Brown, Helenius and Molina were all fat, out-of-shape has-beens. Ugonoh was undefeated and a beast. Breazeale won a brutal fight.

Whyte won most recently, so he's freshest in most people's minds. But he's not head and shoulders a better opponent.

Frankly, I'd take Luis Ortiz over Whyte and Breazeale.

But, looks like Luis is going to have to work for a rematch.

Save ur breath mate. Brits think Whyte is already an ATG. According to them, the only heavy of the last 10 Years who beats him is AJ

I think Ortiz takes out both but boxing doesn't work as if you beat a guy who a lot of guys would be picked to lose to then you don't have to defend against them.

Secondly my problem is not Breazeale being a worse opponent than Whyte but the WBC bending over backwards to accommodate Wilder's every demand. They could of ordered Breazeale Whyte as a final eliminator then had a fresh mando but because Wilder inexplicably doesn't want to fight Whyte - a man he should run over - they've bumped up Breazeale, Deontay's preferred opponent.

Wow. No sooner had I typed the previous WBC top 15 than a new comes out on the WBC site. And the top 15 does include Joseph Parker. WBC ratings now resemble the RING's more than any other by far. EIGHT guys in the WBC ratings are in the RING's top 10. Just missing Joshua and Miller.

    1 .- Dillian Whyte (Jamaica/GB) SILVER
    2 .- Dominic Breazeale (US)
    3 .- Alexander Povetkin (Russia)
    4 .- Luis Ortiz (Cuba)
5 .- Joseph Parker (New Zealand)
    6 .- Kubrat Pulev (Bulgaria)
    7 .- Tony Bellew (GB)
    8 .- Johann Duhaupas (France)
    9 .- Charles Martin (US)
    10 .- Adam Kownacki (US)
11 .- Agit Kabayel (Germany) EBU
    12 .- Oscar Rivas (Colombia/Canada) NABF
    13 .- Dereck Chisora (GB)
    14 .- Carlos Takam (Cameroon)
    15 .- Bermane Stiverne (Haiti/Canada)

Literally no-one is saying that over here. It's a number of Americans on here trying to claim a good but old Ortiz is one of the best wins in heavyweight history and proof that Deontay is some kind of ATG who doesn't need to prove himself further.

There's little to explain...Breazeale vs Molina was a FINAL eliminator

The president of WBC doesn't seem to like Wilder fighting mandatories . He was the first to suggest Breazeale would fight Wilder if he defeated Molina?

Either way it's clear cut Wilders career has been in cruise control!

How was this a final elimination match? Bc Stiverne vs Breazeale was the ORIGINAL fight to get the shot at Wilde r..Which ended up being Molina in what was a sanctioned final elimination match...come on ppl...lol

Deontay Wilder is loyal to the WBC. So they, in turn, are loyal to him. As long as he continues to sign to fight the guys they tell him to fight, and he continues to fight guys they rate, I'm sure their relationship will continue happily.

He's THEIR champion. And he's got plenty of guys to fight. If he fights Breazeale first, who cares? Breazeale is rated #2 by the WBC, #2 by the WBO and #6 by the IBF. He's not a chump.

If he fights Whyte after that, great. If it's Ortiz again, great! If it's Parker or Povetkin, great!

    50-0!!!

You seem to be misunderstanding me. The problem is he's fighting the guys he wants to not the WBC.

He was made mando without fighting anyone of any real note. He was then given a ridiculous amount of voluntary defences against bargain basement contenders before the Stiverne debacle and then because he doesn't like the sound of the guy they've ranked number 1 they've retroactively installed someone he does. This is BS. and hardly indicative of them pushing him towards a Parker or Povetkin in the future.

Hell, if I was rating them, Breazeale AND Whyte wouldn't be in the top position at all. I think Ortiz and Povetkin and Parker would all beat them. And they are rated three thru five.

They could argue rating Whyte so high isn't right.

Wilder's going to be WBC champ for years to come. I'm sure Wilder will get to all of them at some point.

The RING, and WBC, are just US propaganda.

I'm sorry. Who did Anthony Joshua defeat to warrant a title shot?

And wake me up when Anthony Joshua fights a mandatory contender. He's been told to fight Povetkin (his FIRST mandatory defense ever in more than two years as a champ) and Hearn is already talking about vacating and fighting Big Baby Miller instead.

Anthony Joshua has literally fought ANYONE he's wanted. Now it's mandatory defense time, and he is saying "I fight who I want."

I remember when everyone insisted Deontay Wilder was going to vacate the WBC belt because Al Haymon was going to INVENT A PBC BELT.

Instead, Hearn and Joshua have been promoting their IBO BELT so much I expect that to become the MATCHROOM belt ... as Joshua starts vacating belts rather than fighting mandos because they'll insist THEY call the shots.

    @Dubblechin

You know Pulev was mandatory right?

Who pulled out and was replaced by Takam, who was mandated by the IBF.
