I recorded the 2 fights on channel 5 last night and watched it this morning, i didnt really care about the other fight, Eubank was the one i wanted to watch. 6 rounder and the ****ers only started showing it from the 2nd, which i wasnt happy about, then my recording ended in that same 2nd round. Yeah i could find out the result and read some bull**** read up but i wana know how it really was which is why im asking on here. Also from last night on that bill Tyson Fury and fat Hennessey claiming David Price didnt want the fight even though offered a tasty purse and instead Fury will be fighting that Irish taxi driver guy. What a joke, Price wanted that fight Fury and Hennessey are the ones who bottled it. Yet another interesting fight not happening that should be, belts relinquished to get out of it, you can moan at Chisora and Haye for **** that went on last night but i find this much more offensive. Your fighters, you both claimed you want to fight so ****ING FIGHT.
Oh dear, i thought he looked decent in his 1st fight considering it was his 1st but accept he was fighting a bum. Just another hype job with his dads name rather than a raw new unpolished prospect.?
Didn't watch him to be honest, don't see anything special in him at the minute. And him trying to be his dad in his first bout pissed me off. On the Fury-Price matter, both Fury and Hennessy were lying. Fury was very clearly lying from his facial expressions, he was stuttering slightly also. Hennessy is more experienced in his lying ability, so actually sold it to anyone who is stupid enough to believe it. This line was laughable from Fury (roughly what he said), he would fight for free if he could, but he wants his name out there, wants to get his name out there to as many people as possible...yet his next bout is against Rogan, and not Price. Surely Price offers more viewers than Rogan, and that bout is actually sellable seen as they have history in the amateurs.
He only used his left hand because apparently he hurt his right in training. I thought he looked horrendous personally. Not much power, lots of looping, lunging left hands that were telegraphed, and he looked tired after 4 rounds. Got hit a good few times with silly punches. Lots of improvements need to be made IMO.
