As stated by BE, it's the hall of FAME.

    Not the hall of GREATNESS.

Tszyu was a better fighter with greater accomplishments than some of those who are already in.
Why do people begrudge these retired fighters their place in the HOF ?
    Seems very petty to me.

With Norton, Ingo and McGuigan in, they're bitching about Tzsyu? It's ridiculous.

Plenty of people ***** about them too.

Anyway actual HOF establishments are tired turgid irrelevant concepts as far as being some official barometer of who the average boxing fan should consider great. They are better as places where the fighters can meet the fans etc

In that sense i agree with unforgiven. To be honest i would probably rather see a widespread inclusive HOF than something for ronly the truly elite.Fighters who any learned fan doesn't need to be told by canastota or anywhere else are great.

Since Stallone has been welcomed the door to the HOF has been torn from it's hinges..it's really a joke for most intents other than to serve as a meet and greet.

He's famous for dominating and cleaning out a division up until his last fight. He dominated in spectacular fashion at that. That's Hall of Fame worthy hands down.

Great fighter and deserves to be there.

Dumb move though taking the fight in England against Hatton fighting at an absurd hour. Ref was biased towards Hatton letting him get away with a lot of holding, wrestling etc. If the fight was in USA or Aus, different ball game. Still, a loss is a loss. But he was at the twighlight of his career.

A HOF for sure though. A HOF'amer just for making Zab do the chicken dance.

There are too many divisions though. Why do we need a 140 division in the first place. I think it would be better if fighters ignored these divisions and fought at the original divisions.

    There were already worse in.

HOF is a broader and more permissive category than ATG. Most of these nitpicks come from people forgetting that, IMO.

He's one of the ATG at 140.

FFS, if he was American you'd have him on a pedestal.

    Legendary fighter.

I don’t get how the Phillips fight even gets held against him, Phillips was absolutely a monster and Hatton was losing at the time of stoppage on my card- Duran gets a pass for No Mas but some of the most blatant cheating I’ve seen in forever as an old man isn't enough of a reason to bow out?

Unavenged losses and massive upsets are only held against foreign fighters mate.

Mike Tyson gets his head kicked in by Buster Douglas yet he is held up as some sort of god.

If you are not from the USA then you need to be 50% better to be held in the same esteem as one of their guys.
