Walker was just really out of shape so it's hard to tell but he looked good especially if you consider his long layoff he threw combinations and his stamina seems to be at least decent for a HW. The only questionmark is his power because he landed some good shots but just couldn't finish Walker it might have to do with Walker fighting on short notice being out of shape and just trying to survive Walker was just trying to survive from the early rounds on. I think I heard he hurt/broke his hand in the 2nd round which could explain why he lacked power but the worst thing out of that woul be that he will have another layoff
solid not flashy not great not bad or poor either. everything is there. excusable for that long a lay off, but in that. if price fought walker and went the distance and shut him out like this. then i dont think many people would complain. walker was the most defensive than i have ever seen him though.
It looked like he could stop Walker at times but suddenly he got lazy. He could shed a few pounds as well. Joining KlitschKO team is a good move for him.
He was out of shape and is getting old. There was nothing Walker could do. Perez needs a lot of work. A pitty he broke his right hand in round 4. Also a guy from K2 said at the post fight press conference that Perez might sign a contract with K2.:bbb
Russia 2 /Россия 2/ showed the fight. Yes, it was on the KlitschKO undercard.
Hope he does, Germany is where the heavyweight division is at these days, it would be a great move for him, easy access to the best sparring around and a opportunity to fight on regular Klitschko under cards.
