I know you hate Pac, but why don't you look at it without hateful eyes?

Pac did it at 40 w/ flu symptoms while being outsized. And neither Mikey nor Maidana had suffered a brutal KO in the twilight of their career.

What you are saying is telling me that Pac was lesser than previous forms. You are not talking about Broner's form. Because if you did, Pac's win is lesser than the others, particularly in a different ballpark from Maidana's. And that isn't an agenda either way, that's the literal on-paper and with-eyes way of seeing it.

Sorry, guy. Pacquiao owned a more dominant win over Broner. It's just facts.

Broner walked Maidana down in the 12th and badly hurt him. Maidana had a significant size and power advantage over Broner. Don't get it twisted. Maidana knocked Broner down 2X and took that 0, but he walked through hell to do it.

Broner never once tried to walk Pacquiao down. In fact, he was in full survival mode after the first left hand. Broner had a size and significant age advantage over Pacquiao. Pacquiao had the flu and barely left 2nd gear to dominate Broner.

Broner walked Maidana down in the 12th.

Broner RAN from Pacquiao in the 12th.

Maidana rocked undefeated Broners' world over five years ago. Ever since, Broner has managed to win one relevant fight. His entire career relevance was before Maidana bent him over.

You mention Pac being 40 and sick with the flu (poor baby). How about Pac being the favorite while Maidana was an 8:1 underdog. Apparently those surrounding factors make up the basis of your opinion, so that seems impossible for you to justify.

Maybe he had his reasons for getting out of TR?

Maidana held a significant size and power advantage over Broner. Maidana won, but walked through hell to get the victory. Broner walked Maidana down in the late rounds and hurt him to the body and head. TOUGH, COMPETITIVE FIGHT.

Broner had a size and significant youth advantage over Pacquiao. Pacquiao was 40 and battling flu-like symptoms. Pacquiao never left second gear and had Broner running for survival. Pacquiao was old and suffered a brutal one punch KO in the twilight of his career.

It is a fact that Pacquiao dominated Broner more than Maidana. Maidana gutted out a win and got his ass walked down and punished. Pacquiao had Broner in survival mode after the first left hand. Broner marched forward and stood toe to toe w/ Maidana the whole fight. Broner was on his bike and looking at the clock trying to survive against Pacquiao.

It's not Pacquiao's fault that he's a living legend and is/was levels above Maidana.

I have a feeling it was the same reason he rejected Cotto AND Linares.

And Rocky Marciano has the better win over Joe Louis than Max Schmeling does.

Cool story. Keep it saved for easy reposts! Will read again.

Glad you accepted that Pacquiao was more dominant against Broner. But it's not so much you accepting it as it is just a fact.

I don’t get this whole “the fighter lost therefore he’s degraded” mindset.

So like torrecampo’s win is better than JMM’s.

Lol. It’s not like broner was damaged goods. If anything he turned up in the best shape of his life, and he had underestimated maidana. Had he underestimated Pac and turned up to fight instead of run he would have gotten ktfo. Had he fought Pac like he did maidana he would get ko’d.

You're wasting your time. Nonito Smoak is one of the biggest Pac haters of all time. Dude loves saying Pacquiao was a PED user, but this tool won't even entertain the idea of Floyd doping.

Being an underdog doesn’t make it tougher to get the win lol. It’s just means you’re underrated. I’m sure Pac would have rather been 8:1 underdog going into that fight, which would have 0 impact on his performance rather than having a flu.

I brought that up in response to the poster I quoted... as he was bringing up things from outside the ring. I did too. He acted like Pac beating Broner was viewed like Pac/Oscar heading in. It wasn't. Because of where Broner is at in his career. He hasn't done much of anything in 5 years compared to the 5 years before that (5 years as the marker since the Maidana fight; how good Broner was, and thus what defeating him at that time means compared to defeating him a couple weeks ago).

I said that Floyd was on PED's, just like every other top fighter, well before the TUE announcement. There was less reason on paper to suspect Donaire, Edwin, and Floyd than anybody else around that time yet I always used and still use the phrase "they all are" when discussing boxers on PED's... Try again. But glad you're a fan of my posts, odd since you've only been around for a year and a half. Gee, I wonder who else you are? Either way, you haven't responded to anything I've said with anything other than interjected fanboy talk so I'm not exactly concerned (beyond entertaining you in the first place... and with this post I guess... but still!).
