Oscar was obviously way past it and drained but it doesn't change the fact he was totally outclassed and destroyed which did NEVER happen. Not even by B-Hop, nor by May.

Yawn. As if I give a toss what you or anyone else on this forum thinks of me. When I want to produce serious threads/posts, I do so. When I am in the mood to take the **** out of idiotic comments, I do that. And saying that Oscar lost to Pac because he "couldn't think properly" is ****ing abysmal. Hence my continued reaction. You don't like it? Well boo ****ing hoo for you. :good

Except that neither of us said that. So either your reading comprehension is ****ed or you overreacted. I don't really care which, but it's funny to watch you take imaginary bullets for your hero

It has nothing to do with my hero. If I was a Wonjongkam fanatic or a Klitschko lover, I'd still ridicule that comment. It was absolutely rancid.

And also, your rather lame 'fanboy' allegations don't really add up, because I have quite clearly acknowledged numerous times on this very thread that one of the main reasons Oscar lost was because he was weight-weakened (the other main reasons being Oscar being old/past-prime, and an excellent performance from Pacquiao). Yes, how irrational and biased of me. Pathetic.

obviously OScar was past his best and the weight affected him. But he looked pretty decent against Forbes and had fought Floyd just a year or so earlier. Pacquiao fought a perfect fight . It's all of the above.

You must be out of your mind if you could not see De La Hoya was weight drained. Are you crazy? Name one fight were De La Hoya looked this bad in? I don't care what Nacho said, he was weight drained. Ask anyone who has ever boxed before and they will tell you he was weight drained. Hell even Oscar said he was weight drained.

What excuse did he make when B-Hop KO him? Do you honestly believe Oscar wasn't weight drained?

    None of these

I think this fight was a very funny one. Going in everybody said joke fight Oscars too big too strong too could. The Ring I think voted Oscar to win 28 experts to 2. Oscar was probably the betting favorite. I remember rooting for Manny and kinda hating Oscar from the 24/7.

After Manny looked great ppl were starting to see him as a great Oscar was seen as done. The perseption totally reversed

Im kinda disappointed i wanted Oscar to lose but it was kind of a sad way for a great like Oscar to go out the way he did, sucked down from weight loss puffy and bleeding and just fought a terrible fight

As for this thread Oscar was just I think done. He was less active as a fighter more interested in promoting. The Mayweather fight would have been a great time to retire or after a rematch. Oscar looked awful at 147 and over night he hardly rehydrated being that low for the first time in forever plus not rehydrating was a giant mistake.

Also in the ring he had no answer for the speed and Manny could hurt him. Oscar also had very little zip as he could catch Manny at times but did little damage wise.

Your strong grasp of reality will not go down well on this thread I fear. It's silly season on here.

true. roach see through all of these while most of us thinks they are cashing pacquiao out by letting him fight oscar at 147. but it's not that simple, pacquiao has to follow some gameplan prepared by roach and has to use his speed. with that gameplean, even the 154 version of oscar that floyd fought would lose to pacquiao that night.
