if jones was a 25 yr old white european crusier and fought like that last night, you might say he'd have some promise. fast hands and won easy. but this is jones, a fighter who used to be the best in the world and it's hard to watch. even in a completely shitty crusier division jones won't be able to beat the top guys. love that guy though.

I Thai boxed for several years, fought a couple of smokers, and now I go to the local boxing gym to spar and stay in shape. Even if I hadn't done that, it wouldn't take a nuclear physicist to realize that Glass Jaws Exist in Boxing. You can simply watch Roid Jones, Khan, Litzau, or Kirkland have their disgraceful Chins shatter and figure it out quite simply.

 

He says that Tarver is on his Christmas wish list, but of all the cruiserweight champions to target hes the last one Roy should be in with. Huck would KO Roy. Hernandez is the only guy that he would have any kind of chance again because hes not a huge puncher and he struggles a lot with C/B level fighters, which is sadly what Roy is. The problem with that fight is that Hernandez would be punching down at Roy all night and with Roys hands as low as they always are hes asking to get hit.

OMFG, he looked terrible honestly. It looks like he's fighting in a smoky pool hall. I am a HUGE fan of Roy and i'm good with him fighting if he wants but ONLY IF he keeps it to fighting bums, getting a few more paydays. It was tough to watch.
