    no strict rules... didn't fight in america after he failed the tests of him being allowed to fight here.

    the motorcycle accident and bloodclot in his brain made him risky.

    his country treated him like they were super happy fans that wanted to be cool with him.
    doing the right thing would have been ..turning him in... to the police or back to the rehab he skipped out on. not driving him back home coked up after a wild police chase to his wife.

    He was in big trouble all around.

    See how these *******s are? Your point went to the effectiveness of the testing regimen. It was only secondarily related to PED testing. Leave it to a ******* though...

    Drugs both performance enhancing and recreational in boxing put people's lives in danger. If your performance is enhanced. If your mental state is compromised. Someone could be hurt.

    The point is that to have this kind of crap (heavy recreational drug use known to insiders (Arum)) surfacing when an AC is arguing AGAINST more thorough testing is kind of surreal.
