    Van Heerden is a tough dude to have soaked up that punishment and keep punching back but he was out-gunned.

    Spence clearly better but I was impressed with Van Heerden's chin and his grit. He looks like a guy who would rather get beaten to death than say uncle.

    Van heerden was walking him down in sparring with ease and that's a mcgreggor training for a fight against nate diaz at 170lbs

    Conor must have been thinking " I would love to throw a nidan-geri " but he resisted the temptation and showed his honor and did reasonably well considering he's never had a boxing match.
