How did Wilder go from hugging Fury after the first fight to not repecting him?

Wilder being such a sore loser gives fans more ammo to dump on him it is very unusual for a fighter to carry on the way Wilder has and most people in life in general do not like a sore loser. If he lost a close decision and thought he was robbed it would be more understandable

Because Fury was an ******* to him for a couple years. Seems a good reason to me.

Can't argue with you. He is a sore loser, but Fury fans were dumping on him before he lost. I just find it hypocritical Fury fans to ask Wilder to but humble and respectful when some Fury fans have been neither.

He's a classic whiner. Sore loser, etc. He still canno accept the fact that he got his ass pummeled.

He genuinely feels there was foul play with Fury's gloves in the previous fights. Regardless of whether there was or wasn't, he then went in there and got his arse whooped again by a tall fluky white dude for a second fight in a row. That seemed like too much for him to swallow, and was a big blow to his ego.

Because at his core I suspect he's a spoilt brat who likes it all his own way. Mentally he makes for a good winner, offers respect and shows the lurve.

As a loser, I can't think of a worse fighter TBH. He holds an insane grudge that runs long and deep, to the point that it makes him delusional and obbsesive.

Bloke's not right in the head.

If Usyk doesn't completely dominate or stop AJ he'll learn about the ''Matchroom Roll''.
The mistake all these ''b side'' fighters make against the cash cows is underestimating the corruption. Golovkin, Kovalev did and Usyk could be next if he's not careful. People may claim because ''the right man won'' it proves the corruption isn't really there or overstated. Well, the corruption is already happening when Joshua has a card 115-113. It's just Usyk avoided the robbery with dominance.

It's clear that if he slips back from complete dominance to narrow win, even competitive win, he can easily lose. Those 116-112, 115-113 Usyk cards become 115-113 to Joshua and Joshua gets a MD. I think Usyk is overconfident considering the system he's up against. If he doesn't get KD's or a KO he could easily lose a points decision this time if there's a better performance from Joshua and a dash more corruption. Joshua's path to victory isn't just the KO.

Yes but that's no reason for Wilder to refuse to shake Fury's hand.

It's a combination of being a sore loser. low IQ and lacking self awareness.

It's compounded by being surrounded by yes men that will feed the delusion further.

For someone lacking awarenwss it would be easy to point the finger rather than self reflect. after all his power had got him out of trouble before. the problem being is that all he had having no ability to really adapt other than putting more weight on for more power although this tactic would make him gas a lot quicker.

Wilder knew he was fortunate to get the draw after the first fight and thought his power would get him out of trouble in the rematch. after all he'd dropped Fury twice.

I've said on many occasions though power is only really gauged when you fight the elite as it's easy to knock out bums if you've got good power. Fury was literally the first top guy he fought in the division and was hardly considered iron chinned before the trilogy.

It appears that Joshua has a similar delusion again lacking anyone around him being objective and telling the truth. Both of these guys would have benefited from a trainer like Manny who would have torn them a new arsehole.

Sadly Steward would pass before both began there reigns. however a strong willed no nonsense man is required for a Wilder and Joshua type character. As both are capable of these flights of fancy and need moderating aand bringing back down to earth.

I agree with every word you've said here, there's no place for violence in the sport of boxing. I know there was some animosity in the build up to the contest but he could've curbed his temper and tried to handle it differently.

Fury talked endless loads about Wilder, the person not the boxing skills. So I would expect anyone wouldnt want to hug it out with someone who did that to them. Not sure why Fury would say all that and then want or expect a hug from the same man. If that isnt being fake...
