it might not have been Corrales - Castillo but I personally liked it more due to being there and betting the underdog and our guy winning the fight.

It would have been much better if the boxers were more willing to engage one another. I saw very few clean punches landed...the kind that snap heads back.

It was good entertainment throughout because of the apperent danger to eitherman. I've watched it a couple of times since but knowing the out come it is much less interesting. Still not a bad fight but very technical and both fighters were trying to limit the action at time.

It was a good fight but unlike Froch Pascal and Psacal Diaconu it is not one I will continue to watch over and over against.

Anyway, a 6. Dawson basically forgot to throw anything much until the 11th.

I would have liked it if Dawson had decided to fight.

I think it was a matter of him not knowing how to get to Pascal in any way save for busting out into a brawl.

definite 10, i just love watching american hype jobs get exposed for what they are

coming a week after alexander was exposed, i couldn't be happier. trust me, its only a matter of time before ward and bradley are thrown on the american hype job scrapheap alongside the likes of lacy, judah, taylor, jacobs, pavlik, mosley, dawson, tarver, and alexander :deal

This could very well be the dumbest post of the day, he lost a Technical Decision, in his opponents hometown, in a round that that the "winner" could have been stopped, yeah what a fraud. Who's not a hype job by your standards?

I thought the fight as a whole lacked drama and excitement. Then the 11th round happened. It was kind of like a movie that lulls you a bit, maybe even has you checking your watch, and then has an insane ending that blows you away.

I would have loved to see what would have happenned in the last round and a half. For that reason alone, I would watch a rematch.

yeah but hagler was not a hype job being built up through years of hbo and ring magazine brainwashing with little substance behind him - do you see where i'm coming from :nut

marvelous marvin hagler is an american legend :deal
