I've seen some people claim Chavez got gift decisions in both these fights but I thought he won them both clearly (though both competitive) especially Lockridge. How did you score them?
The Laporte fight was close granted but if Lockridge "beat" Chavez then Chavez's "draw" with Whitaker was almost just.
In my mind chavez clearly won both. Just because a fight is competitive doesn't mean the champion is losing.
