I had the same score as former world champion Jim Watt. Watt said that Haye had to throw punches to win the fight. Haye ran, did not fight at all. Now Haye is still running.

Had it a draw. I thought Haye wasn´t any better than Evander against Valuev.

    i scored it boring.

but I don't think Haye did enough to convincingly win the title. If they had given Valuev the nod, I wouldn't have complained.

what!!? Haye won that fight easy, without breaking sweat. What the hell did Valuev do to win the fight then? came forward and got hit? really? that wins you a fight?

Valuev himself admitted defeat. The last round was decisive. Apart form that I would say Valuev

    :lol::lol::lol:

Jim Watt didn't say anything of the sort Farmboy...he alluded to the corrupt nature of judging in Germany and said that Haye would probably have to do more to win. He was scoring the fight in the same way as a corrupt judge would probably score it, which given that you had the same as Watt makes you a bit of a biased ****.

Valuev landed absolutely nothing, Haye didn't do much better, but he did do better.

I watched the fight live. Jim Watt had Valouev winning.

Alot of rounds Valuev landed nothing but pressed the whole round while haye landed a few jabs to the body and maybe a hook or lead. So who gets it. Its up to what you like

8-4 Haye. There wasn't any doubt who the winner was, but having watched Evander beat Valuev just as decisively and get robbed, I was half-expecting Haye to end up losing. But I didn't score the fight as a German judge might have, which is what Jim Watt did.

Valouev chased Haye around the ring. Haye ran, threw almost no punches. Haye will never fight a Klitschko. He is a liar, coward and breaks contracts.

It doesn't matter whether you watched it live or not...Watt was scoring the fight as he thought a judge in Germany would score it (biased as ****), not as he personally saw the fight...learn to hear everything and not just the bits that you want to :thumbsup

OK who performed better at each of these:

Effective aggression: Haye (plodding forward pawing out a punch or two is not affective).

Clean punching: Haye (Valuev landed practically **** all).

Ring generalship: Haye (he was commanding the pace of the fight and dictating when and where engagements took place).

Defence: Haye (Valuev was landed on FAR more than Haye was, and every time Haye threw he landed. Valuev couldn't hit Haye at all).

It was an ugly, boring fight and I don't want to see it again, but Haye clearly won it. Don't judge fights on how aesthetically pelasing they are.

No one in the history of boxing has ever won a round when landing absolutely nothing during the 3 minutes
