Breidis won all the later rounds based on his power punching with the right hand, and being the effective aggressor. I could see 115-113 either way have no problem with Opetaia winning a close decision.
I thought Breidis won 7 or 8 rounds but it was hard to ignore the Aussie commentary team licking Opetai’s ass
I thought about this and the only time I can remember a title fight that I scored the first six for one fighter and the next six for the opponent was Adonis Stevenson vs Badou Jack. Both fights were very similar with Breidis and Jack starting off slow but ultimately doing more damage down the line. If these fights were 15 rounders both Bredis and Jack would have won.
